What Happens When You Meditate?

Hi Readers,

If you have been following my write-ups, you must be aware that I am a Sahaja Yoga Practitioner and most of my knowledge is based on this science of spirituality.

Many of my readers have often asked this question – so it is basically for them – the oft asked question – What happens when you meditate?

Here is what happens – when you meditate the Sahaja Way :

While meditating, you feel either warm or cool sensations on your finger tips or other parts of the body as shown in the diagram.

You’ll notice that each energy center has a quality associated with it. For example, while meditating, if you feel uneasy/ tingling sensations on your middle finger – then there is some family or financial issue that is bothering you and needs cleansing/ solving. When the divine energy rises, it solves petty issues of the material world so that the spiritual aspirant can proceed unhindered towards Self actualization or self realization!

When the sensation is cool and you feel pleasant & at ease, know that your chakra affliction is being taken care of by the divine! Sensations can be felt in feet, legs or other body parts – the practitioner understands the cause of suffering and can take necessary steps to heal himself.
